Loans desk

Go to the loans desk to:

• check out items you wish to borrow;
• collect items you have requested;
• borrow from the reserve or request collections; and
• enquire about or hand in lost property.

Enquiries desk

Go to the enquiries desk to:

• query your loans;
• apply for a CAVAL card;
• book a postgraduate room;
• get help with photocopying;
• report lost or damaged cards;
• report problems with card readers; and
• pay your fines.

Information desk

Go to the information desk to:

• get help to find information;
• learn to use the catalogue;
• find journal articles; and
• ask about printing.

Return chutes are located in the library foyer. Books from all branches of the Library may be returned. An after-hours return chute is accessible from the walkway on level 2.
