Book description

About the author
Contributors include Monash University academics Dr Michael Anderson, Associate Professor Carlos Scheinkestel and Associate Professor David Tuzen who are based at Melbourne's Alfred Hospital, and whose chapter looks at the benefits and problems of mechanical ventilation in asthma treatment.
