About the Author
Anita Harris is lecturer in Sociology in the School of Political and SocialInquiry at Monash Univerty. She is co-editor of the Journalof Intercultural Studies and co-author of Any Which Way You Can: YouthLivelihood, Community Resources and Crime (1997)
