Book description
This is a history of the Castlemaine Bacon Company and the Harris family who began the business in 1905, and who have run it for the last century. It charts the growth of the business which started with three people to a company that now has over 1200 employees. It explores some of the changes and challenges experienced by the Castlemaine Bacon Company and the smallgoods industry nationwide during the past century.
