Employee relations management 2nd edition, provides a critical account of the ways in which the structure and management of the employment relationship have evolved. Written with contemporary Australia in mind, it promotes a better understanding of the current employment relationship by explicitly placing its study in the international context that has become increasingly important to every aspect of Australian society. The editors have brought together a variety of contributors with expertise in areas as diverse as international business, human resource management and small business, as well as more traditional industrial relations.

About the editors
Julian Teicher is Professor and Head of the Department of Management and Director of the Graduate School of Business at Monash University. Prior to entering academia, Julian worked in industrial relations, gaining extensive experience in the health, maritime and power industries.
Peter Holland is senior lecturer in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations in the Department of Management and research in the Australian Centre for Research in Employment and Work at Monash University. Peter has worked in the Australian finance industry and consulted to the private and public sectors in a variety of areas related to human resource management and employee relations.
Richard Gough is a lecturer in the School of Management at Victoria University.
