Book description
This is a book about Victorian law as it is now, not as it was, nor even about how it came to be as it is.  It consists of 9 chapters, amongst which chapter 7 on the Victorian electoral system was written by Dr Nick Economou.
The book covers a range of topics including a brief history of Victorian Constitutionalism, the Crown and Executive Council, Cabinet, the structure and powers of the Parliament, Judicial Power and the Amendment of the Constitution.
