This 2007 volume of World Yearbook of Education considers the challenges of understanding and providing work-related education arising from the rapid expansion of the global economy. It looks at the impact of these challenges on both workers and labour markets and considers the current global context from a wide variety of theoretical, political and cultural perspectives.
