Dr Peter Holland, is Senior Lecturer in Human Resource
Management and Employee Relations in the Department of Management at
Monash University.
Dr Cathy Sheehan and Dr Ross Donohue are also Senior
Lecturers in the Department of Management at Monash University.
Dr Amanda Pyman is a lecturer in industrial relations and human
resource management at the Kent Business School, University of Kent, UK.
