The Department of Marketing at Monash University is  today the largest provider of tertiary level marketing education in Australia.  The history of this Department spans three tertiary institutions and nearly four decades.  It is a journey from pioneers of a little-known discipline to a world leader in a established and important field of education.
This book celebrates the proud heritage that underpins this story, commemorating the Department's remarkable evolution and its important contribution to marketing education.

About the author
Katherine Sheedy is a professional historian and a partner in Way Back When Consulting Historians.  A graduate of the Master of Public History at Monash University, her work includes commissioned histories, heritage research, exhibition work, oral histories and contributions to The Encyclopedia of Melbourne.
Emma Russell is a professional historian with a Masters in Public History and is sole partner in History@Work.  She has also contributed to journals and The Encyclopedia of Melbourne.
