Book description
Improving student retention in Higher Education explores
the issue of student retention in higher education, and teaching and
learning approaches that encourage students to continue with their studies.
Underpinned by research indicating that students are more likely to continue
if they are engaged in their studies and have developed networks and
relationships with their fellow students, the book exemplifies best practice
of innovative and inclusive teaching and learning approaches, from a range
of countries.
