Cases in Business and Management consists of twelve current business cases from Australia, New Zealand and our region. The cases have been written to highlight some of the components of the strategy process that are useful for companies when customising their strategies, finding alliance partners to co-create value, and exploring new sources of opportunities. As each business is somehow related to or dependent upon multinational business transactions, these case discussions also highlight international management strategies and practices.
This effective teaching resource is valuable and yet affordable for students of business, international business and strategy at both the postgraduate and the undergraduate level.

About the author
Dr Quamrul Alam (PhD Flinders, MA Manchester) is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Monash University.
Nazmul Amin Majumdar (BA Monash) is a doctoral research fellow in the Department of Management at Monash University. His research concentration is in the field of corporate social responsibility and corporate governance. Since 2007, Nazmul has taught strategic management at Monash University.
