About the author
Professor Jack Wood is a Professor of Management and Director of the MBA program at Monash University.  His major research interests are in the areas of the virtual workplace, work time options and expatriate management.
Dr Joseph Wallace is Director of Offshore Regional MBA Programs at Monash Mt Eliza Business School, Monash University.  Dr Wallace has acted as a consultant for private and public organisations and is active in research and publications, in particular focusing on issues relating to managerial practices in multicultural settings.
