Direct export
There is no Direct Export option for SciFinder Scholar
Import via filter file
- Mark the records you wish to download. Note that there is a maximum
of 100 records
- Go to File, select Save As
- In the Save as Type dropdown list ensure that Tagged
Format {*.txt} is selected and click Save

- Records are automatically saved as a text file (.txt)
- Exit SciFinder Scholar
- Open EndNote and select your EndNote library
- From the menu bar, select File, then Import
- An Import box opens
- Import data file: select Choose File and
select file from step 3
- Import Option: locate the appropriate filter
ie SciFinder (CAS)
- Duplicates: select appropriate option from the
pull down menu
- Text Translation: leave option as No
Translation
- Click Import
- The references should now be imported into the library
Note: Check the references after you have imported
from the database. Some references may need editing
