Melbourne Centre for Japanese Language Education Collection

About the collection

The MCJLE Collection is a major initiative of the Melbourne Centre for Japanese Language Education (MCJLE) and was established in July 1997. The collection supports the needs of Japanese language teachers from Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. It consists of Japanese language resource material for use in the teaching of Japanese. A range of classroom materials are available including kits, flash cards, audio visual and electronic resources, readers and workbooks.

Use the library catalogue to find items you are seeking. Use keywords (eg author, title, subject) and add 'MCJLE' as a keyword, results will be material from the collection.

Loan conditions

Borrowing Conditions
How much can I borrow? Up to 8 items from Matheson Library (including AV materials and kits)
Please note: CD-ROMs are not for loan
For how long? Up to 14 days for books, flash cards, kits, audio tapes, dvds and videos
Can I renew my loans? Yes, once per item

Return books through the book chutes located in the foyer of the Matheson Library, and, after hours outside the main entrance. Videos, audio tapes and kits must be returned to the Music and Multimedia desk.
