Notes: This collection includes the Minutes of the National Union Executive Committee 1897-1956. Minutes of the Central Council Meetings 1899-1956 and the Annual Reports of the Executive Committee to Central Council 1919-1945 from the archive of the Conservative and Unionist Party.

The minutes of the National Executive Committee have been indexed from 1897-1938.  The indexes are in manuscript and ink fade has caused a serious loss of image.  The indexes cover four separate periods and are reproduced on the first three fiche.  The minutes of the Central Council Meetings were also indexed.
