Library customer survey on now!

Monash staff and students are invited to take part in a web-based survey designed to gauge their views of the Monash University Library service.

The survey will be conducted entirely online from 12 to 23 May, and responses will be used to improve library services.

Monash Library marketing and communications officer, Ms Kerin Bryant, said the survey is conducted by a research company that also conducts surveys for most other university libraries.

"A core set of questions is used, so this allows our library to benchmark and measure performance against other university libraries," she said.
