4133 respond to library user's survey |
||
| A record number of responses were received during the library user's survey online from 9 to 23 May 2005. "I would like to thank all of those who responded to the survey and reiterate our commitment to acting on the views expressed to improve the library," said university librarian, Cathrine Harboe-Ree. A total of 4133 responses were received, placing Monash in the top five of the 38 participating academic libraries in terms of numbers of responses. Results from the survey will be published on the library website in July 2005, along with action plans to address issues raised by users via the survey. "You can see from the improvements to the library that resulted from the 2003 survey, that participating in this survey is worthwhile as it really results in action," said Ms Harboe-Ree.
