About South Africa database

Monash staff and students travelling to the university’s South African campus or planning a holiday in the country, are now able to make use of a database focused on South African news and information.

SA Media: South African Newspaper Clippings covers more than 120 South African newspapers and periodicals. Bibliographic data and some full text articles are available, with more than 500 articles selected daily, indexed in both English and Afrikaans.

Topics from latest politics and economic affairs to sport, recreation and tourism are covered by material contained in the database. SA Media can be accessed through the library’s database web page.
