Library closes for Easter - 6-10 April

All branches of the Monash University Library will be closed over the Easter long weekend from Friday 6 April to Tuesday 10 April, re-opening on Wednesday 11 April. Libraries will be open as normal for the rest of the semester break.

Any holds for collection should be picked up on or before Thursday 5 April as otherwise they will expire over Easter.

You can place holds on items through the catalogue over Easter, but requests made after Wednesday 4 April will not be processed until after the library reopens.

Email reminders about books due for return or already overdue will be disrupted during the closure, so you should check your record online or retain your loans receipt to ensure that books are returned or renewed on time.

“This is a good time to remind students that if they are going away for the break, they can avoid overdue fines by renewing or returning any borrowed items now!” says Lending Services Librarian, Ian McGregor.
