Help is as close as your telephone |
||
| Library telephone help is now available up until 10 pm weekday evenings, and on Saturday and Sunday afternoons during semester. The service offers assistance to anyone with queries about the library’s collection, resources and services. Telephone staff can renew your loans or check holdings, or they can connect you to a reference librarian who will help you find information or explain how to use the catalogue. Many part time and off-campus students find it hard to get to library branches in person, so it is hoped that any problems encountered in the use of library resources in the evening can be clarified by phone. Library opening hours are available via a recorded message even when the telephone service is otherwise closed. Ring 9905 5054 (from Melbourne) or 1800 331 194 (toll free outside Melbourne) for help from the Library.
