Online chat service trials new software

The Library has a help service using online chat so you can get immediate help from home, your office, or anywhere you have access to the web.

The regular service hours have been 12 noon to 9pm Monday to Friday.

During May the chat service will be open for additional hours so that the Library can test a different online chat software product. The additional help using the alternate service will be available from 10am-2pm,  Monday to Friday.

Therefore, immediate help is available online any time between 10am and 9pm Monday to Friday, for the next four weeks.

Log in to the Library online chat help service either using the trial software or the regular chat service, for the next four weeks.
