Library user survey gives students and staff a voice |
||
| Every two years Monash University Library conducts a user survey. The survey is designed to give Monash University staff and students an opportunity to rate the Library’s performance and to identify areas for improvement. The survey is an essential source of feedback to the Library, and so it would be appreciated if you could spare about ten minutes to complete it online. A number of improvements that have been made in response to suggestions made in the 2007 survey can be viewed in a summary report. The full report can be seen on the library web site . This year's survey is being run between May 4 and 17. The overall results of the survey will be published, but individual responses will be kept confidential and no personal identifying information will be collected. Thank you very much for your assistance. 4 May 2009 current news : 2008 : 2007 : 2006 : 2005 : 2004 : 2003 : 2002 : pre-2002 Ask a question Phone +61 3 9905 5054 or use our enquiry services ask.monash for Monash students and staff | ask.monash for visitors, or online chat. |
