| Come to a learning skills drop in session for a brief 10 to 15 minute consultation with the adviser about your assignment or academic skills. You can drop in alone or in a group to discuss
If you are coming along to talk about an assignment, make sure you bring the question and guidelines with you. You can also bring along your assignment plan or a draft for advice on your structure and approach. No appointment is necessary although you may need to wait as students are seen on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. A longer appointment may be scheduled for a later date if deemed necessary by the learning skills adviser. Please note that proofreading of assignments is no longer offered within the learning commons. Drop-in sessions commence in week 2 and run through to week 14.
