Payments for library fines

Credit card payments on Visa and Mastercard can be made by telephone to the Student Service Centres by calling 9902 6011 from 10.00am – 4.00pm Monday – Friday.

Students paying by cheque or cash will need to make their payment directly to the Library during opening hours until half an hour before closing time. The spread of hours in the branch libraries is wider than is possible at the Student Service Centres.

Students can continue to pay by cash, using the card cashier machines in the branch libraries to add value to their Library printing and photocopying account. They then ask the loans desk staff to remove the value of the fine from the card. Encumbrances will continue to be lifted within three standard working days.
