Library web pages provide clear and useful information joined the top ten statements ranked as important in 2005 and Number of computer workstations is adequate dropped out of the top ten importance list (ranked 12th out of 38 statements).

Almost all statements were ranked comparatively lower in importance in 2005 compared to 2003. 

Where the importance ranking has changed significantly (i.e. where a statement's mean ranking has changed by greater than 0.2) the statement is bolded in the below table. Three statements fall into this category:

  • Library catalogue provides clear and useful information was rated as less important.
  • Library classes and tutorials meet my needs was rated as more important.
