Services for offshore students

You are eligible for the following services if you:

• are enrolled in a Monash course offered in collaboration with a local partner organisation, and,
• live outside Australia

If you live outside Australia, but are enrolled in an off-campus learning course directly through Monash University, you should use the services provided for overseas off-campus students.

Reference and inquiry service

You can:

• make an inquiry online; or
• chat online with a reference librarian

Online tutorials

You can:

• learn how to find and use information through self-paced online tutorials.

Electronic resources

If you have a Monash University Authcate account, you can:

• use the library catalogue to find and read electronic resources
• use the library catalogue or the electronic journals page to find and read journals
• use the databases page to find and search online databases

Monash Library information resources

If you are a postgraduate student, your faculty may have arranged for you to have access to document delivery at no extra charge.  This service is only available if your faculty has arranged supplementary funding. Your local course provider can tell you if you have access to this extra service.

Note: books, videos, CDs and other physical items are not sent overseas

External Client Services will provide assistance with Document Delivery, for a fee.
