  • BUBL LINK Nutrition - a UK subject gateway covering selected web sites on nutrition
  • Centre for Evidence Based Paediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition, is directed towards clinicians, dietitians and paediatric gastroenterologists. This site aims to promote EBM (Evidence Based Medicine). It includes a database of systematic reviews and guidelines along with a list of publications.
  • Children’s Nutrition Research Centre, University of Queensland - aims to improve the health of young people and children through nutrition
  • Complementary and Alternative Medicine Specialist Library, National Library for Health (UK) - seeks to provide the best available evidence for complementary and alternative medicine. It provides information about dietary and nutrition therapies and will link to the full text of a document if available.
  • eGuidelines - provides U. K. guidelines and related information for health care.
  • Food and Nutrition Information Centre - from the U.S. Dept of Agriculture and Agricultural Research Service (U.S.) provides a directory of resources including educational materials, government reports and research publications.
  • Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy - from Tufts University in the U.S., conducts research on improving the nutritional well-being of people worldwide
  • Intute - from the U. K., links to high quality web resources in health and medicine
  • National Guideline Clearinghouse - a U.S. database of evidence based clinical practice guidelines and related documents.
  • National Institute of Clinical Studies (NCIS) - an Australian Government owned company that seeks to improve health care by applying evidence based health care to day to day clinical care. In particular they identify and seek to overcome gaps between research findings and current clinical practice.
  • Nutrient Data Laboratory - from the Agriculture Research Service, an agency of the U.S. Dept of Agriculture, contains a Nutrient Data Laboratory which provides information about food composition and its nutrient content.
  • Nutrition Data - provides nutrient analysis of an extensive range of foods and includes graphs and tables
  • Nutrition Source, Department of Nutrition, Harvard School of Public Health - provides information about healthy eating based on the latest scientific evidence.
  • University of Arizona Library: Nutrition & Food Science - Contains a list of web sites in nutrition and food science, including educational web sites and patient education resources.
